Ticket Policy
This is a set of requests to ensure every one of our guests has a pleasant stay, stays safe and considers each other and their surroundings. We wish to make Old Buckenham Country Park a place for everyone to enjoy.
Ticket holders must print each ticket and present these on entry. We care about our planet, but we do ask that tickets are printed where possible to avoid any issues with loading electronic tickets at the gate. Tickets will need to be selected for all guests including children of any age (please see different ticket options available).
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Day entry tickets cannot be transferred to alternative day once purchased. If unable to attend the event, tickets may be transferred to another person at the ticket holder's discretion and the original booking names and tickets should be used on entry. Tickets will only be sold through our website, and we do not take any responsibility for mis-sold tickets. Tickets once redeemed on entrance will become void and cannot be re-used for further entry. Wristbands will be issued on entrance according to your ticket type. These must be worn and visible at all times and our staff have the right to ask for these to be seen.
The festival organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who behaves in a manner that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe. Children under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by an adult. The festival organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, without liability. The ticket holder grants the festival organisers the right to use their image or likeness in any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event. The ticket holder must follow all safety instructions provided by the festival organisers. The ticket holder must not bring any prohibited items onto the festival grounds, including but not limited to drones, large bags, alcohol, and weapons.
